摘要
台湾地区对于南海水域的措辞变化,反映了台湾地区对于南海水域的权利主张,以及其对《联合国海洋法公约》的态度。台湾地区对于南海水域态度的变化对于中国大陆主张南海主权及主权权利产生重要影响。中国大陆应当关注台湾地区对于南海问题之态度,分析台湾地区对南海水域不同措辞之变化及缘由,并及时妥善做出回应,避免在国际社会上被别有用心之人利用,保持两岸在南海问题上的默契,共同维护中华民族在南海的利益。
The evolution of the claim dictions regarding the South China Sea waters,indicates Taiwan＇s claims and its attitude to the UNCLOS. The changes of the policy strategies made by Taiwan,however,have significant impacts on the claims of the sovereignty and sovereign rights of the South China Sea China's Mainland. Indeed,China's Mainland should get the full picture of the changes in the political attitudes of Taiwan,and analyse the differences and the reasons behind that,in order to respond in due course and properly to the international community,refrain from the malicious utilization by those evil intents,and maintain a tacit understanding between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits on the issue of the South China Sea to guard the interests,mutually and virtually,of the Chinese nation in the South China Sea.
