中药外敷配合早期康复训练对股骨头置换术后患肢功能恢复的影响被引量：5

摘要目的观察中药外敷配合早期康复训练对股骨头置换术后患者患肢功能恢复的影响。方法选取行股骨头置换术治疗,术后在本社区接受康复治疗的患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组行早期康复训练,观察组行中药外敷配合早期康复训练,对比两组疗效差异。结果术后6个月,观察组的Harris髋关节评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷配合早期康复训练可减少股骨头置换术后并发症,促进患者患肢功能恢复,具有临床应用价值。
