摘要
目的:多手段分析龙牛壮骨膏中化学成分,为其质量控制研究提供理论依据。方法:采用TLC法对龙牛壮骨膏处方主要药物进行定性鉴别;借助FTIR、GC-MS、PY-GC/MS、HS/GC/MS、EDS、XRD、TGA分析检测龙牛壮骨膏中化学成分。结果:样品的软化点为56.9℃。龙牛壮骨膏中初步检出粗蛋白1.16%,油脂63.29%,乳香2.56%,维生素A 0.15%,氢氧化铝9.95%,二氧化硅14.93%,没药2.82%,杜仲1.55%,D-樟脑0.34%,冰片3.25%。结论:TLC法简单可行,重复性好,斑点清晰;不同分析方法表征龙牛壮骨膏中化学成分,为下一步该制剂的剂型改革奠定应用基础,为外用膏药的质量控制研究提供借鉴。
Objective： To analyze the composition of Longniu Zhuanggu Cream, in order to provide the basis for quality standard research. Methods： The TLC method was used to identify the drug of Longniu Zhuanggu Cream; The chemical constituents of Longniu Zhuanggu Cream were detected by FTIR, GC-MS, PY-GC/MS, HS/ GC/MS, EDS, XRD and TGA. Results： The softening point of the sample is 56.9℃. Preliminary detection showed crude protein1.16%, fat 63.29%, frankincense 2.56%, vitamin A 0.15%, aluminum hydroxide 9.95%, silica14.93%, myrrh 2.82%, Eucommia ulmoides 1.55%, d-camphor 0.34% and borueol 3.25%. Conclusion： TLC method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and the spots are clear. A variety of means of bull for a more comprehensive analysis and lay the foundation for improved the formulation and quality control, to provide a reference for external use plaster preparation research.
