Fugl-meyer rating scale score, Barthel index score and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results: There were significant differences on Fugl-meyer scale scores of upper and lower limbs time between the two groups (P〈0.05); The study group showed higher Fugl-meyer scale scores than the control group, after the treatment (P〈0.05). There were significant differences on Barthel index scale scores time between the two groups (P〈0.05); The study group showed higher Barthel index scale scores than the control group, after the treatment (P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 92.11% in the study group and 73.68% in the control group; The study group showed higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (P〈0.05).
