摘要 评价机制是阻碍医学教育与临床实践缺乏有效融合的主要障碍之一。客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在学生实践能力的评价方面具有良好的效度和信度。医学人文学科有必要借助于OSCE的考核模式与临床实践有机融合。但现有OSCE缺少对于医学人文科目的有效评价,主要表现在试题命制与传统考核的差异不明显、评分量表的主观性难于控制以及评价者结构单一等多个方面。这些问题可以通过评价形式的单盲设计、评价者的团队化以及评价量表的优化等途径进行有效的改良。 Lack of rigorous assessment is a major predicament to effective integration between medical education and clinical practice. Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) presents good validity and reliability in assessing students' practical capabilities. It is necessary for medical humanity to combine with clinical practice through the medication of OSCE. However, existing OSCE could not effectively examine the outcome of medical humanistic education. Major issues include less distinction between OSCE and traditional exams, the objectivity of rating scales, and the homogeneity of examiners. The authors contend these issues can be addressed by single blind assessment design, team-work of examiners, and the optimization of the rating scales.
