摘要
随着民族大学生数量逐渐增加,少数民族大学生的文化适应和民族认同问题也越来越突出。由于地域环境、文化环境等因素使得维吾尔族大学生在文化自觉、自我认知、生活经验、文化背景有一定差异性,因此也形成了维吾尔族大学生文化适应与民族认同问题上的不同表现。针对该问题的解决,提出了要从学生和学校两方面着手,一方面加强学生的文化适应训练,另一方面,学校要在制度环境、文化氛围、文化关怀等方面有积极举措。
