摘要
为了保证ZYWL-3200S矿用履带式钻机的倾角调节机构的结构可靠性,选取了该机构的3种典型工况进行强度分析。运用有限元分析的方法,对该机构的三维设计模型进行了合理的等效简化、适当的网格划分,并根据3种典型工况添加约束、载荷等边界条件,求解出了机构的应力、应变分布。分析结果表明,该机构设计方案的强度、刚度均有安全裕量,满足安全要求。
To ensure the structural stability of the obliquity control mechanism of mine-used crawler-typed drill rig ZYWL-3200S, three typical operation modes were selected to analyze its strength. With the finite element analysis method, its 3D model was reasonably simplified and suitably mesh divided. And then, after adding the boundary conditions such as constraints and loads according to three typical operation modes, the stress and strain distribution of the mechanism were obtained. Analysis results showed both strength and stiffness of the mechanism had safety margin, and met safety requirements.
