摘要
通过熔融共混工艺制备了SiO_2/复合稳定剂/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料。利用热失重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探究了未改性的PLA和SiO_2/复合稳定剂/PLA复合材料的热稳定性能。结果表明,PLA的热稳定性可以通过添加SiO_2和复合稳定剂来提升;SiO_2/复合稳定剂对PLA结晶几乎没有影响;SiO_2和复合稳定剂改善了PLA的成型加工性能,且复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度和模量。
SiO2/composite stabilizer/PLA composites were prepared by melt-mixing process. Thermostability of unmodified PLA and SiO2/composite stabilizer/PLA compos ites was explored by using thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that thermostability of PLA can be improved by adding SiO2/composite stabilizer;and SiO2/composite stabilizer has no influence on PLA crystallization. SiO2 and composite stabilizer improve molding processing properties of PLA,and tensile strength and modulus of the composites are high.
