摘要
采用传统回流法,以苯并三氮唑和1,6-二溴己烷为原料,合成了1,6-双(苯并三氮唑)己烷化合物.以自制的1,6-双(苯并三氮唑)己烷作为配体,分别与Pr(NO3)3·6H2O和Dy(NO3)3·5H2O采用溶剂挥发法合成了两种稀土金属配合物,通过红外光谱和热重分析等手段对所合成的配合物进行了性能表征.还利用菌落直径法研究了配体及其配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌生长的抑制作用,结果表明配体及其配合物都具有抑菌性,且配合物的抑菌活性强于配体.
This experiment, using benzotriazole and 1,6-dibromohexane as raw material, under reflux method produces 1,6-bis(benzotriazole)hexane. The self-assembly of Pr(NOa )a· 6H2O or Dy(NO3)3· 5H2O with 1,6-bis(benzotriazole)hexane ligand by slow evaporation at room temperature produces two rare earth complexes, which are characterized by IR and TGA. Furthermore, the antibacterial activity of ligand and their complexes on the growth of fusarium solani have been studied using the colony diameter method. The results show that they all have antimicrobial properties and complexes have relatively better antibacterial activity than the ligand.
