摘要
海上某综合平台老井眼开窗侧钻而成的勘探兼开发挖潜井出现高压溢流等险情,采取抢险救援措施后,对高压层段成功进行了封固。若高压气体突破封堵段沿井筒进入上部低压储层,势必会引发一系列复杂问题,并可能对地面平台安全造成威胁。针对是否紧急调派多艘钻井船资源部署实施多口泄压救援井,亟需作业者快速决策。在高压气藏储量计算的基础上,从油藏工程角度出发,将经典物质平衡方法引入到钻井工程决策中,对高压气体上窜至上部低压储层后的压力及气窜量进行了计算研究,快速得出了分析结果并进行安全性评价,可为工程紧急决策提供数据支撑和理论参考。
Some dangerous situation appeared to the side well with exploring and developing purpose in some offshore drilling and production platform. The overpressure interval was successfully plugged after a series of relieve measures. If the high-pressure gas breaks through the sealed plug and enters into the Upper Formation with lower pressure, some complex problems may happen and the safety of the platform may be influenced. It is very urgent to carry out one or even more relief wells, which will need more drillships and high operating cost. On the basis of the evaluation of reserves of high-pressure gas reservoir, the breakthrough gas volume and the variation in pressure are calculated by use of material balance method from the reservoir engineering, which can provide some references for the project decision making and avoid the high cost due to blind decision.
