摘要
设计搭建了一套用于粗煤泥湿法分级的滚筒分级筛,研究了滚筒转速、击打频率以及冲洗水作用对滚筒筛筛分效率的影响。得出在转速为0.82 Nc(临界转速)左右时筛分效率最高,同时研究了一定的击打频率和冲洗水压力对滚筒筛筛分效率有提高作用。最后对双层套筒滚筒筛进行了试验研究,探讨了多产品滚筒筛在粗煤泥脱泥分级上的应用。
Design to build a set of used for coarse slime wet grading of drum screen. Studied the roller speed, beating frequency and wash water effect on the efficiency of the drum screen. It is concluded that when the speed is about 0.82 Nc screening efficiency is highest. Research certain beating frequency and the washing water pressure on the drum screen screening efficiency improved at the same time. Finally, the double sleeve drum screen is researched. Multi-product drum screen is discussed in the application of coarse slime desliming classification.
