摘要
输出法兰支架壁厚较薄,加工时容易变形,使其平面度和平行度达不到要求。通过分析输出法兰支架结构及原加工工艺,找到了影响该精度的原因。通过设计简易夹具与改进加工工艺方案,有效解决了加工过程中的振动问题,使加工精度达到设计要求,提高了生产效率。
Since output flange bracket wall thickness is thin, it is easy to deformation during processing,which makes its flatness and parallelism is not up to the requirements. Through analyzing the structure and original process of the parts, the causes to influence the accuracy have been found. The vibration problem has been effectively solved by designing new simple fixture and improving the original process in machining process. The new process makes the machining accuracy reach to the design requirement, and improve the production efficiency.
