摘要 为提高电风扇旋钮的表面质量,在注射模设计前采用Moldflow软件对塑件进行模流仿真分析,发现模具设计过程中的问题并及时解决,降低了模具的报废率和试模次数。该模具采用点浇口进料和1模2腔结构,塑件外观面设计在动模上成型,采用推板协同侧向分型抽芯机构对塑件进行脱模。根据塑件外形特征设计延时抽芯机构,保证塑件外观无缺陷、无熔接痕等表面质量问题。 In order to improve the apparent quality of electric fan knob, Moldflow software was used to simulate and analyze before designing an injection mould. It found out and solved the problems timely, which reduced the scrap rate and debugging times. The mould with two cavities applied pin-point gate. The surface of plastic was designed on the mov- ing haft of the mould, and the plastic was ejected by ejector plate and side core-pulling mechanism together. The delayed core-pulling mechanism was designed according to the characters of product shape to ensure that there was no defects and welding marks on the product surface.
