基于Delphi的煤矿低压馈线开关二重保护系统的研究

摘要 为解决煤矿低压馈线故障保护不够全面问题,设计一款二重保护系统,在馈线开关防爆腔内安设保护终端,对馈线的三相、零序电能参数等信息进行实时监控,当监控信息异常时,终端智能报警并发出提示短信,监控界面自动切换至异常画面;当故障时,保护终端智能控制开关电路切除故障,工作人员根据界面提示远程监控即可恢复供电,实现二重保护功能。试验验证,该保护系统安全可靠,输入异常信息保护功能智能启动,故障提示信息及时准确,远程操作即可解决故障问题。 To solve the problem that coal mine low voltage feeder fault protection is not comprehensive enough,design a dual protection monitoring system,protection terminals are installed in the feeder switch explosion-proof cavities,feeder three-phase and zero sequence power parametersand other non-energy information are all under real-time monitoring,when abnormal monitoring information occurs,terminal automatically alarm and switch to monitor page;if a fault occurs,protection terminal intelligent control switch circuit to remove fault,staff can restore power supply by remote monitoring according to window tips,achieve dual protection function.Tests proofs that the protection system is safe and reliable,input error information and protection function will smart start,fault SMS tips are of timely and accurate, remote operation can solve the problems.
