摘要
大陆槽稀土矿是川西冕宁-德昌稀土成矿带著名的大型稀土矿,矿石不仅富集轻稀土,而且伴生铅、锶、钡、萤石可供综合利用。本文对大陆槽稀土矿矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿石的稀土矿物主要为氟碳铈镧矿,分布在萤石、方解石、重晶石、天青石等矿物粒间或被其包裹。由于氟碳铈镧矿与长石、石英、碳酸盐矿物、萤石及褐铁矿等矿物密度差异大,粒度较粗,可采用重选分离;重晶石、天青石的比重与氟碳铈镧矿相同,但不具有电磁性,可采用磁选方法与氟碳铈镧矿分离。
The Dalucao REE deposit is a large one in the Mianning-Dechang REE Belt of western Sichuan Province.This deposit contains not only light REE,but also considerable economic amount of Pb-Sr-Ba-fluorite. Through systematic study on process mineralogy of this deposit,we determine that the main REE mineral is bastnasite and it distributes intergranularly in or enwrapped by fluorite,calcite,barite and celestine. For the coarse grain of bastnasite,and the high density contrast between bastnasite and feldspar,quartz,fluorite and limonite,we suggest that the gravity concentration should be put to use. The bastnasite has similar density to barite,celestine,but the bastnasite has electromagnetivity,thus we can use magnetic concentration to separate the bastnasite from barite and celestine.
