摘要
党内经常性教育是党的建设须臾不可忽视的重大任务,必须从关系党的事业兴衰成败的战略高度认识其重要性;解决实际问题是党内经常性教育的着力点,必须把改进学风作为关系教育成效的根本性问题来看待;以上率下是保证党内经常性教育取得成效的关键,必须发挥领导干部这个"关键少数"的示范带头作用;总结经验、不断探索是党内经常性教育客观面对的课题,必须在实践创新的过程中不断总结规律性的认识。
Regular education within the Party is a major content of the Party building, and should be put in a strategic height, for it concerns the success or failure of the Party＇s cause. The regular education should focus on solving practical problems, and take improving the style of study as fundamental to the education. Party leaders, as the ＂critical minority＂ , should set good examples and play exemplary roles for the other members, which is the key to the effectiveness of the education. The regular education should constantly sum up experience in the course of practical innovation
