摘要
基于对广东省267户农户的调研,利用logistics模型实证分析了农户征地补偿满意度的关键影响因素,研究表明农户对征地补偿的满意度普遍较低,而且呈现出一定的地区差异性和区位差异性。农户的农用地征地补偿满意度受到区域经济发展水平、征地区位、农村集体经济实力、受访者年龄、征地前地块数量、征地前土地质量、征地程序满意度、征地补偿方式、征地补偿价格的显著影响。农户的宅基地征地补偿满意度受到农村集体经济实力、征地前建筑质量、征地程序满意度、征地补偿方式、征地补偿价格的显著影响。
Based on sample survey of 267 farmers in Guangdong province,the paper made a study on the decisive factors affecting farmers’satisfaction on land expropriation compensation.The results show that：farmers’satisfaction degree is generally low,and presents certain regional differences and locational differences.The regional economic development level,land location,age are main factors affecting farm-ers’satisfaction on farmland expropriation.Meanwhile,the strength of rural collective economic,land quantity and quality,farmers’satisfaction for land expropriation procedures,mode of land expropriation compensation,land compensation price are main factors affecting farmers’satisfaction both for farmland and homestead land expropriation.
