摘要
对交趾黄檀的化学成分、金属元素含量及酸碱性质进行测定分析,结果表明:交趾黄檀含有较高的纤维素,丰富的Ca元素,属于酸性木材;对交趾黄檀乙酸乙酯和甲醇2种溶剂抽提液进行气质联用(GC-MS)分析,结果表明:交趾黄檀共检测出17种化学成分含量大于1%,其中乙酸乙酯抽提液共检测出9种物质,甲醇抽提液共检测出10种物质,提取液中含有丰富的酯类和酮类化合物。
Contents of chemical components,metals and pH of Dalbergia cochinensis were determined and analyzed. The results showed that Dalbergia cochinensis contains high cellulose, is rich in Ca and features strong acidity. GC-MS analysis of solvent extractives such as acetic ether extractive and methanol extractive from Dalbergia cochinensis was carried out. The results showed that 17 kinds of compounds with over 1% content which mostly were esters and ketones compounds were identified,among which,9 kinds of compounds were identified in acetic ether extractive and 10 kinds of compounds were identified in methanol extractive.
