摘要
随着我国高校办学规模的不断扩大,单一的校级教学督导工作模式已经不能满足和适应学校发展的实际需要,迫切需要向校院两级教学督导体系延伸。建立校院两级教学督导体系,对教学秩序、教学质量及教学状态进行督促、检查、评估和指导,是实现教学过程管理和教学质量监控的有效手段。
With the increasing scale of our country＇s universities, single working patterns of teaching and su-pervising in universities cannot satisfy and adapt the practical needs of the universities＇ development, and there is an urgent need of the expansion of the teaching and supervising systems both in universities and colleges. Establis-hing the teaching and supervising systems in universities and colleges can push forward the teaching orders, check the teaching quality and evaluate and guide the teaching states, and it is also the useful means to realize the man-agement in teaching process and to seize the monitoring in teaching quality.
