摘要
围绕卓越计划人才培养对实践教学的目标要求,针对水利水电工程专业传统实践教学方面存在的不足,探讨培养方案、教学方式、平台建设和师资培养等方面的具体改革思路,以期为加强水利工程卓越人才的实践能力、实现卓越计划人才培养目标奠定基础。
According to the cultivation objectives and requirements of excellent water conservancy talents, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional practical teaching of water conservancy and hydropower engineering professional, the specific reform i-deas on the aspects of curriculum system, teaching methods, platform construction and teachers training are discussed. The re-sults may have great benefit to strengthen the practical ability and achieve the cultivation goal of excellent water conservancy tal-ents.
