摘要
目的:评价迷你临床演练评量表在护理本科生护理学基础操作技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选取衡阳市某大学2013级护理本科生作为研究对象,采用便利抽样的方法抽取4个教学小组为干预组(n=51),另外4个教学小组为对照组(n=51),对照组采用常规的护理学基础操作教学方法,干预组在常规教学方法上结合迷你临床演练评量表进行操作技能的教学,在学期前后分别对护生的操作技能、临床沟通能力、人文关怀能力以及护生感知到的课堂氛围进行评价。结果:干预后干预组的护生操作技能考核成绩(88.33±2.36)、临床沟通能力得分(92.76±5.50)、人文关怀能力得分(172.33±12.50)、课堂氛围得分(98.98±7.15)均高于对照组的操作考核成绩(85.7l±2.39)、临床沟通能力得分(88.86±5.20)、人文关怀能力得分(164.12±14.60)、课堂氛围得分(93.82±8.65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将迷你临床演练评量表运用于护理学基础操作技能教学中有助于提高护生的临床综合能力。
Objective: To explore effects of Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX) applied to teaclalng the course of fundamental nursing for baccalaureate nursing students. Methods: Totally 102 nursing students were randomly divided into control group (n=51) and an observation group (n=51), the control group taught using traditional method, while the observation group was taught using traditional method with Mini-CEX. Results: Test scores of operation skills, the average score of humanistic caring ability and the average score of Classroom Atmosphere Assessment Scale in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class. Conclusion: Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise applied to teaching the course of fundamental nursing for baccalaureate nursing students, which improve students comprehensive quality.
