摘要
在分析新时期成人高校学生管理工作的重要性及其原则的基础上,深入分析了当前我国成人高校学生管理工作面临的挑战,并提出了在新时期内完善我国成人高校学生管理工作的对策建议,具有一定的现实借鉴意义。
the paper deeply analyzes the challenge faced by adult colleges in China concerning student management,based on the importance for student management in the new era and the principles to follow.Suggestions are proposed to improve the student management work at adult colleges in China during the new era,which is of some reference for actual practices.
