摘要
目的:探讨整合素α1和嗜铬素A与子宫内膜癌的相关性。方法:收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院病理科2006年5月至2008年10月存档的113例石蜡包埋子宫内膜标本并进行分类,应用免疫组织化学方法检测内膜组织中整合素α1和嗜铬素A的定位及表达情况。结果:在正常子宫内膜、单纯增生、复杂增生、不典型增生及子宫内膜癌中,整合素α1的表达随病变加重呈上升趋势,正常子宫内膜与增生性内膜及内膜癌比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.001),增生性内膜与内膜癌比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),在内膜癌中,整合素α1表达与细胞分化程度相关;嗜铬素A表达亦呈上升趋势,正常子宫内膜与增生内膜及内膜癌比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.05),但增生性内膜与内膜癌比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:整合素α1的过表达与子宫内膜癌的发生相关,嗜铬素A与子宫内膜癌的相关性仍有待于进一步研究。
Objeetive： To discuss the relationship between Integrin alphal（Integrin oL1） and chromogranin A（CgA） expression with endometrial carcinoma. Methods： The 113 endometrial tissues were collected and classified from May 2006 to October 2008 in the Forth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The expression of both Integrin oL1 and CgA proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results： In the normal endometrium, simple hyperplasia endometrium, complex hyperplasia endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial cancer. The expression level of Integrin α1 is in an upward trend. The Integrin α1 was expressed higher in the proliferative endometrium and endometrial cancer than normal endometrium （P〈0.05, P〈0.001）, and there was significant difference between proliferative endometrium and endometrial cancer （P〈0,05）. Futhermore, in endometrial carcinoma, the Integrin α1 expression was correlated with cell differentiation. The expression of CgA was also gradually increased with the aggravation of the endometrial lesions. There was significant difference between the normal endometrium, and the proliferative endometrium or endometrial cancer （P〈0.05, P〈0.05）. Yet, there was no significant difference of CgA expression between the proliferative endometrium and endometrial cancer （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Over-expression of Integrin α1 is related to the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. However, the relationship of CgA and endometrial carcinoma is needed to further investigate.
