摘要
化学镀镍是表面处理领域发展最快和应用广泛的镀覆技术之一。以热处理对化学镀镍-磷二元合金镀层及化学镀镍基多元合金镀层的影响为主题,对相关研究进行了综述。热处理通过改变化学镀镍基合金镀层的形貌状况、组织结构和成分,进而改善其性能,促使综合性能更优。表明适度热处理同样是提高化学镀镍基合金镀层性能的有效途径。
Electroless nickel plating is one of the fastest developing and most widely used technology in the field of surface treatment. Research progress on the influence of heat treatment on the properties of electroless nickel based binary and multicomponent alloy coating was reviewed in this paper. Heat treatment can change the morphology,microstructure and composition of the electroless nickel based alloy coating,thus improve its performance and get better comprehensive performance. Moderate heat treatment is also an effective way to improve the properties of electroless nickel based alloy coating.
