摘要
目的:探讨新毕业护士离职意愿的影响因素和干预管理机制。方法:173名新护士随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组进行人格整合技术心理干预,使用一般情况调查表和离职意愿量表评估,利用SPSS软件统计资料,总结并提出管理策略。结果:不同学历背景离职意愿显示存在明显差异,高学历者更趋向于离职;两组新护士在过渡阶段均有离职意愿增加的趋向(P<0.01),但干预组离职意愿评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新护士离职意愿较高,应通过早期综合性心理干预和有效管理策略提供支持,通过管理策略促使其平稳进入职业生涯。
Objective To explore the factors to influence the fresh nurses' intention to quit and its countermeasures. Methods173 cases of fresh nurses were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Nurses in intervention group were intervened by personality integration technique and evaluated by rating scale and questionnaires. Data was analyzed with software of SPSS.Results There had significant difference of turnover intention among different education background. The intention tended to increase during transition period in both groups( P〈0.01),which was significant lower in intervention group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The fresh nurses had strong intention to quit,which needs to be supported by early comprehensive mental intervention.
