摘要 简要分析了车辆装配螺栓拧紧过程,从紧固扭矩、扭矩系数、支承面摩擦力矩的等效直径方面分析提高螺纹防松功能方法,分析螺纹松动原因主要为受轴向载荷、径向载荷、被连接件变形的影响。指出了常用的几种螺纹防松措施在不同情况中的选择和应用。 The process of bolts'tightening in automobile assembling process is analysed briefly in this article,and the research of improving Bolts' anti-loosen function is based from tightenning torque,torque coefficient and the equivalent diameter of frictional torque of sustain surface.etc;the effect of Screw thread's loosen is mainly influnced by the axial load,the racial load and the deformation of the connection parts; and the option and application of several ways of bolts' antiloosing function is refered in this article.
