摘要
以PIC16F677单片机为主控芯片,设计了一种利用单片机解码红外遥控信号和控制电动机运行的控制系统,并在此基础上对幕布行程精度进行了校正控制。该系统利用软件定时中断来记录电动机启动时间,进而对幕布行程记录,并存储于EEPROM中,实现位置记忆。系统采集霍尔元件反馈的行程信号,组成闭环控制系统,并且通过实验统计,对幕布极限位置进行补偿,最终控制幕布行程精度。
This paper uses PIC16F677 microcontroller as control chip to design a control system using microcontroller to decode infrared remote control signals and control motor movement, based on which having a corrective control on the accuracy of the stroke of the curtain. Tile system uses the software time interrupt to record the starting time of the motor, and records the curtain travel, and stores it in the EEPROM ,which realizes the position memory. The System collects the feedback signals from the hall element travel to form a closed loop control system, and through the experimental statistics has a limit the curtain position compensation, and finally controls the accuracy of curtain travel.
