基于iFIX组态技术的数据报表研究

摘要 介绍了一种基于PLC技术、组态技术、Historian数据库技术和通信技术的设备运行统计分析方法。利用i FIX组态软件内部集成的微软的VBA开发环境,将i FIX驱动采集到的现场数据进行压缩、存储、调用、计算,并展示到自动化平台画面上,解决了常规报表因格式和功能单一而不能实现灵活数据报表的问题,达到了准确、灵活归类统计运行数据的目的,方便技术人员及时了解设备运行状态,有计划地执行检修任务,保障生产顺利进行。对于煤矿提高生产调度、决策指挥的信息化水平具有重要意义。 This article describes a method of statistical analysis equipment which is base on PLC technology, configuration technology, Historian database technology and communication technology. In the Microsoft's VBA development environment integrated in iFix configuration software, field data collected will be compressed, stored, recalled, calculated, and finally displayed on the screen of the automation platform. This solved the problem that the general report because of the format and single features cannot accomplish flexible data report, and achieves the purpose of accurate and flexible classification of running data, and makes it convenient that the technical staff can be kept abreast of the equipment running status and perform maintenance task to ensure smooth production according to plan, and means a lot to improve coal mine production scheduling and improve information level of decision and command.
