摘要
采用抑菌圈法对市场上常见的9种杀细菌剂进行室内毒力测定,并进行田间防效试验,以期筛选出有效药剂.试验结果表明:6种化学药剂中,5%噻霉酮水剂和0.3%四霉素水剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的抑制效果较好,其他4种药剂则效果较差.3种生物药剂中,10亿芽孢/克多粘芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的抑制效果较好,其他2种药剂则效果较差.田间试验中,10亿芽孢/克多粘芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂1 500倍液和20%春雷霉素水剂42g/hm^2的防效较好,其防效分别为82.74%和72.38%.0.3%四霉素水剂和33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂则效果较差.所以,防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病推荐使用10亿芽孢/克多粘芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂.
In this paper,the inhibition zone method was used to measure the toxicity of 9 kinds of fungicides in the market,and a field control test was conducted to screen the effective fungicides. The results showed that: in the six kinds of chemical agents,5% thiamethoxam mildew agent and 0.3% aqueous solution of tetramycin have better effect on the bacterial angular leaf spot of cucumber effect,the other 4 kinds of drugs are less effective.And in the 3 kinds the wettable powder of one billion bacillus / gram of bacillus subtilis has better inhibitory effect on the cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot disease,but the effect of the other 2 kinds of drugs is poor. In the field experiment,one billion spores / g bacillus polymyxa wet powder 1 500 times fluid and 20% kasugamycin 42 g / hm2 have better control effect,whose effect was 82.74% and 72.38% respectively.And the 0.3% four drug agent and 33.5% suspension of coppe have a less effect.Therefore,one billion bacillus / gram of bacillus subtilis is recommended in the prevention and treatment of bacterial angular leaf spot of cucumber
