摘要
高校实践育人的顶层设计是一个由问题"倒逼"而提出的命题。它有助于高校明晰育人理念、厘清育人目标、理顺育人体系。基本内涵是构建理论育人与实践育人深度融合,教师主导与学生主体良性互动,课堂教学、实践教学与社会实践相互协调,充分体现知行合一、以生为本、实效为要、和谐发展特征的新型育人格局。实现路径是定位实践育人理念、厘清实践育人目标、制定实践育人规划、构建实践育人体系以及创新实践育人文化。
The top level design of teaching practice is a theme forced out by problems.Yet it is helpful with the clarification of educational conceptions,objectives and systems,on basis of which an in-depth merging is constituted and teacher-student class interaction is established.In addition,classroom teaching,teaching practice and social practices are joined to create a new mode of education.
