摘要
为充分挖掘铁路产业发展潜能,推进铁路多元化经营,从行业潜能分析入手,采用行业潜能指标、企业位能指标,以及偏离-份额分析方法分析铁路产业的行业潜能指标,衡量铁路产业自身多元化经营的盈利状况及利润增长水平。在考虑铁路产业发展差异的基础上,评估不同产业进入潜能,结果显示,房地产业、科研技术服务业,以及具有网络资产特征的"互联网+"等产业应是铁路重点发展的产业。
In order to fully tap railway industry development potentials and promote the effective diversification of railway business based on industrial potentials analysis, the paper adopts industrial potential index, enterprise static energy index and Shift-Share Analysis method to analyze railway industrial potential indexes and measure its profitability and profit growth rate. The quantitative appraisal of industrial entrance potential demonstrates that the key development business areas for railway industry include real estate, science research and technical service, and ＇internet ＋＇ with network characteristics industries on the basis of considering the difference of railway industry.
