摘要 随着我国电力市场改革不断深入,电网辅助服务越来越受到人们的重视。分析了华北电网辅助服务现状及问题,设计了电网辅助服务竞争机制及模式,实现了该机制下基于OSGi的华北电网辅助服务交易平台。系统引入竞争机制,具备交易流程化管理技术、基于角色的权限控制、市场参数灵活配置和动态模块化软件开发等技术特点,该系统在满足电网调频需求的情况下能够显著减少辅助服务费用,提升资源利用水平。 With the deepening of China's power market reform,the power ancillary services have been paid more and more attention. The status and problems of the power market ancillary services are analyzed,and the competition mechanism and mode of power ancillary services are designed,and the trading platform of North China Power Grid based on OSGi is realized. The system which introduced competition mechanism with the technical characteristics of transaction process management technology,the role access control based on the characteristics,flexible allocation of market parameters and dynamic modular software development can significantly reduce the cost of frequency modulation,and improve the level of resource utilization in the case of meeting the demand of the power market.
