摘要
目的:观察内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将78例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组26例。治疗组采用内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗,对照1组采用膝关节腔灌洗术治疗,对照2组采用单纯的内热针治疗。3组均治疗3周。观察3组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组显效率为80.76%,对照1组显效率为61.53%,对照2组显效率为50.00%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of inner heat acupuncture combined with knee joint cavity lavage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：Seventy eight cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with inner heat acupuncture combined with knee joint cavity lavage.Control group 1 was treated with knee joint cavity lavage,and control group 2 was treated with inner heat needle acupuncture.The three groups were treated for 3 weeks and their therapeutic effect was observed.Results：After treatment,the significant efficiency of the treatment group was 80.76%,of control group 1 was 61.53%,and of control group 2 was 50.00%.The difference between the treatment group and the other two control groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Inner heat acupuncture combined with knee joint cavity lavage has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
