摘要
3Cr13钢540℃等离子体氮碳共渗4、8和16 h后,渗层厚度随时间增加逐渐增厚。共渗层组织由致密层、过渡层和白亮层组成,相组成主要为γ'-Fe_4N和α-Fe,硬度和耐蚀性显著提高。
For 3Cr13 steel after plasma nitrocarburizing at 540 ℃ for 4,8 and 16 h,its layer depth increases gradually with the increasing time. The structure of nitrocarburized layer consists of dense layer,transition layer and white-bright layer,and the phase composition is mainly γ'-Fe_4N and α-Fe,and its hardness and corrosion resistance are remarkably enhanced.
