摘要
精准医学是根据患者不同的基因型、代谢状态、生活方式及环境,为其制定最合理的治疗及预防方案。精准医学的特色包括在数据搜集阶段对可穿戴设备等新技术的应用,以及对组学数据和大数据分析方法的利用。将精准医学的概念推广到公共卫生领域,利用组学技术和大数据分析方法,研究基因与环境的交互作用,可以提高疾病风险预测的精度,并促进个体化且精准的膳食营养、生活方式干预和疾病预防,最终使更广泛的人群受益,并降低总体医疗费用。
Precision medicine is an emerging approach for disease treatment and prevention based on each individual's variability in genes, metabolic status, environments, and lifestyles. The features of precision medicine include the application of mobile health technologies, i. e. , wearable devices, and novel big-data style analytical approaches, as well as utilization of high-throughput "omics" data. Precision public health applies concepts and tools of precision medicine to public health and epidemiology, which employs "omics" technologies and approaches emerging from big data analytics, and focuses on gene-environmental interactions in relation to disease risk. Precision public health will improve the accuracy of disease risk prediction, lead to more individualized dietary and lifestyle intervention and disease prevention, and ultimately benefit broader population and decrease overall healthcare expenditure.
