摘要
农产品电子商务已经成为全球电子商务发展的又一新形态,对带动地区经济发展,增加农民收入具有重要作用。在对美国、日本农产品电子商务发展模式和特点分析的基础上,探讨中国农产品电子商务的发展现状及瓶颈问题,借鉴发达国家的经验,从加强基础设施建设、建立健全农产品标准化体系、建立第三方交易平台、加强人才培养、强化政企合作、建立健全电子商务相关法规等6个方面提出对策措施。
Agricultural products e-commerce has become another new form of development of global e-commerce,which has a significant effect in improving regional economic development and raising farmers' income. Based on the analysis of the e-commerce development of agricultural products and characteristic of USA and Japan, this article studies the status quo and bottleneck problem of Chinese agricultural products e-commerce development, by referencing the experience of developed countries, this article puts forward countermeasures from the six prospects of strengthening infrastructure construction,improving agricultural products standardization, building third party trade platform, strengthening talents cultivation, enhancing government-and-enterprise cooperation, establishing and improving relevant regulation for e-commerce.
