滇龙胆裂环烯醚萜类活性成分积累规律的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨同一居群滇龙胆根及根茎、茎、叶、花中裂环烯醚萜类主要活性成分的积累规律。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定同一居群滇龙胆根及根茎、茎、叶、花中龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐芽菜苷等主要活性成分的含量,并建立其HPLC图谱,对滇龙胆不同部位中主要活性成分积累规律进行研究。结果同一居群滇龙胆根及根茎中龙胆苦苷含量极显著高于叶、花和茎(P<0.01),滇龙胆叶中獐芽菜苦苷含量极显著高于根及根茎、花、茎(P<0.01),滇龙胆花中獐芽菜苷含量显著高于根及根茎(P<0.05);同一居群滇龙胆根及根茎、茎、叶、花HPLC图谱相似度在0.986以上,确定HPLC图谱中26个共有峰。结论同一居群滇龙胆根及根茎、茎、叶、花中龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐芽菜苷含量存在极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)差异;滇龙胆根及根茎、叶、花HPLC图谱相似度较高,主要活性成分种类差异较小。 Objective To discuss the accumulation rule of the active secoiridoid in the root,stem,leaf and flower of the same population Gentiana rigescens Franch. Methods The contents of the active ingredients which including gentiopicroside,swertiamarin and sweroside in the root,stem,leaf and flower of the same population Gentiana rigescens Franch. were determined by HPLC and established the HPLC map to discuss the accumulation rule of the active secoiridoid in different parts of Gentiana rigescens Franch. Results The content of gentiopicroside in root is significantly( P 0. 01) higher than in leaf,flower and stem; The content of swertiamarin in leaf is significantly( P 0. 01) higher than in root,flower and stem; The content of sweroside in flower is slightly( P 0. 05) more than in root,leaf and stem; 26 common peaks in HPLC chromatograms map were selected in the roots and rhizomes,stems,leaves,flowers of same population Gentiana rigescens Franch. and the similarities were all above 0. 986.Conclusion There is a significantly difference( P 〈0. 01) or slightly difference( P 〈0. 05) of the content of gentiopicroside,swertiamarin,sweroside among same populations; And similarity among roots and rhizomes,stems,leaves,flowers are high in the same population,there are little differences about species of main active ingredients.
