摘要
目的建立一种快速简单鉴别海藻及其混伪品的方法。方法采用热重-差示扫描量热法对海藻药材TG-DTGDSC热谱图进行分析。结果不同品种海藻TG曲线基本相似,DTG和DSC图谱的峰位、峰形、峰面积有所不同,可以进行比较。结论利用海藻及其混伪品热谱图的差异,可以快速鉴别海藻药材。
Objective In order to establish a rapid and simple analysis method of identifying Sargassum and adulterants. Methods The thermograms of Sargassum and adulterants were obtained by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry.Results The TG curves of Sargassum and adulterants were similar. The differences between Sargassum and adulterants were compared by peak position,peak shape and peak area of DTG and DSC chromatography. Conclusion According to the differences in the thermograms of Sargassum and adulterants the medicinal material of Sargassum could be easily identified.
