摘要
分析了平煤股份十二矿开采己_(15)保护己_(16-17)煤层的可行性,研究了保护层开采效果考察方案,并在己_(16-17)-17180工作面进行了方案考察,主要考察了保护效果和保护范围。研究表明:己_(15)煤层作为保护层开采,对于降低己_(16-17)煤层原始瓦斯压力、降低原始瓦斯含量、增强煤层透气性系数具有非常有效的作用。在保护范围内,一般可使己_(16-17)煤层瓦斯压力降低到0.34 MPa以下,可使其瓦斯含量降低到5.42 m^3/t以下,各项防突预测指标均达到安全开采的临界值以下,充分说明经过上保护层的开采后,被保护层的煤与瓦斯突出危险性得到了消除,为实现被保护层安全、高效开采提供了可供技术支撑。
This paper analyzed the feasibility of Ⅵ_(15)protecting Ⅵ_(16-17) of Pingdingshan No. 12 Coal Mine,the scheme of examining the effect of protective layer mining was studied,and it mainly focused on the protecting effects and protecting scope. The scheme examining was carried out on Ⅵ_(16-17)-17180 working face. Research shows that: when Ⅵ15is mined as a protective layer of coal seam,it is very effective to reduce the original gas pressure and gas content of Ⅵ_(16-17) coal seam,and enhance the effect of coal seam permeability coefficient. Within the scope of protection,gas pressure of Ⅵ_(16-17) coal seam can be reduced below 0. 34 MPa,and the gas content can be less than 5. 42 m^3/ t,each outburst prevention forecast index has been below the critical value of safety mining,all this have shown that,the coal and gas outburst risk of protected layer has been eliminated when the upper protective layer is mined,and it has provided the technical support for safe and efficient mining of protected layer.
