摘要
为了培养食品类创新人才,许昌学院食品与生物工程学院在制定明确的培养目标基础上,对实践课程体系进行探讨。通过实践课程比重的增加,以及专业认识实习、金工实习和专业综合实践课程等贯穿整个大学阶段的实践课程体系的设置,为食品类创新型人才的培养提供了可靠的保障。实践表明,上述食品综合实践课程体系达到了较好的效果。
To cultivate innovative talents of food, integrated curriculum system of food was studied on the basis of the specific training objectives in food and Bioengineering College of Xuchang University. The reliable guarantees for innovative talents cultivation of food were provided by increasing the proportion of practical courses and setting up a practical course system throughout the university, such as specialty cognitive practice, metalworking practice, and professional comprehensive practice course. A better effect was achieved in the practices of food comprehensive practice course system.
