摘要 目的建立过岗龙Entada phaseoloides(L.)Merr.中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定过岗龙中没食子酸含量,色谱柱为Welch Ultimate^R AQ-C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相;检测波长272 nm;流速为1.00 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果没食子酸进样量在0.04116~0.2058 mg范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(R2=0.99882),平均加样回收率99.66%,RSD=1.28%。结论此含量测定方法简便,重复性好,可为过岗龙药材质量控制提供参考依据。 Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Entada Phaseoloides. Methods The separation was performed on a Welch UltimateR AQ-C18 column(4.6×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.05 % phosphoric acid(5∶95), and the detecting wavelength was 272 nm, and the flow rate was 1.00 m L·min-1, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves were linear within 0.04116~0.2058 mg(R2=0.99882). The recovery was 99.66 % with RSD of 1.28 %. Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Entada phaseoloides.
