摘要
为探讨翻白草黄酮修复T2DM糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞的部分机制,建立了T2DM大鼠模型,连续翻白草黄酮4周后,模型动物的血糖和胰岛素下降;胰腺组织的SOD和GSH-Px活性均升高,而MDA的含量升高;胰岛β细胞凋亡指数降低,Bax蛋白表达下降且Bcl-2蛋白显著升高。表明翻白草黄酮具有抗氧化和清除自由基的能力,减弱氧化应激对T2DM胰岛β细胞的损伤,通过抑制胰岛β细胞的凋亡从而恢复胰岛功能。
To observe the effects of flavonoids from Potentilla Discolor Bunge( FPDB) on pancreatic islet beta cells oxidative stress and apoptosis in type 2 diabetes mellitusmellitus rat,Male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected to build a model of type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) rats. After successive administration for 4 weeks,FBG and FINS in T2 DM rats treated with FPDB were decreased significantly. SOD and GSH-Px level of high-dose group and metformin group were increased. MDA level was decreased. The cells apoptosis index was decreased. While the expressions of Bcl-2were increased,Bax was decreased in the high-dose group. The effect of FPDB in treating T2 DM was probably adjusted the dyperfunction of glucose,its mechanism was probably related to increasing antioxidant capacity of T2 DM rats,reducing the pancreatic islet beta cells damage caused by oxidative stress,inhibiting pancreatic islet beta cells apoptosis.
