摘要
针对网络分析仪远程测试的局限及实验教学远程测试的需求问题,提出了一种基于VISA-COM的网络分析仪远程测试平台,包括预处理模块、实验测试模块以及生成文件模块。通过LAN通信接口设备,搭建VISA-COM函数库的PC机发送SCPI远程程序控制指令,从而控制网络分析仪完成仪器测量过程。以中心频率为101.764 MHz的声表面波器件的远程测试为例,对网络分析仪远程测试平台的可行性进行了验证。结果表明,该网络分析仪远程测试平台可实现网络分析仪的远程连接、校准、测量分析与数据和图像的远程保存。此外,该远程测试平台还实现了对测试对象的标记分析、极限分析和比较分析。
In order to solve the limitation of remote measurement on network analyzer and the demand of remote measurement problems in experimental teaching,a remote measurement platform of network analyzer based on VISACOM is proposed. There are three functional modules in the remote measurement platform which are the pretreatment module,the testing module and the file generated module. The PC with VISA-COM library sends SCPI remote program control order to control the experiments of network analyzer via to the LAN communication interface equipment. A remote measurement of SAW device with the center frequency of 101. 764 MHz is experimented to verify the feasibility of platform. The experimental results confirm that the remote network platform can realize the remote connection of network analyzer,the calibration,the measurement analysis and the remote storage of data and images. Furthermore,the remote measurement platform completes the marker analysis of the measuring object,the limit analysis and the comparative analysis.
