摘要
大型仪器设备共享平台是高校实验室建设的主流,既可高效整合资源,同时提高实验教学水平,提升高等教育质量。2015年,广东省提出未来3年建设高水平大学助推实施创新驱动发展战略,高水平大学建设成为加快发展高等教育的重要内容,大型仪器设备共享平台作为条件支撑建设发挥重要作用。本文总结当前高校大型仪器设备共享平台运行的难题,并分析广东建设高水平大学契机下共享创新平台的投入、办学、管理体制改革,探讨构建"大平台,多资源,共运作"的共享平台运作模式,为培养高质量的创新性人才,促进高校共享平台的可持续发展。
Sharing platform for large-scale instruments and equipment is the mainstream of development of laboratories in colleges and universities,it can effectively integrate resources,improve the level of experimental teaching,and stimulate the quality of higher education. Guangdong aims to construct high-level universities in the next three years to boost the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven. The construction of high-level universities has become an important part of higher education development,while sharing platform of large-scale instruments and equipment plays an important role as a conditional support. This paper summarized the current problems of sharing platform of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities. The investment,education and management system reform of sharing innovative platform were analyzed under the background of construction of high-level universities in Guangdong. The mode of sharing platform for large platform,multi-resource and co-operation has been put forward,and it is of great significance in cultivating creative talents,promoting sustainable development of sharing platform and construction of high-level universities.
