摘要
"丝绸之路经济带"这一战略构想的提出对于我国西部,尤其是青海省各方面的发展有极大的促进作用,利用"丝绸之路经济带"建设的机遇促进青海区域科技创新体系的建设,对于聚集区域科技资源、提升区域科技创新能力、增强区域核心竞争力等均具有重要作用。本文首先从青海省的矿产、交通、商贸、文化等四个方面对青海省借助科技创新参与丝绸之路经济带建设的背景环境进行了客观总结,在此基础上分析了青海省利用科技创新融入"丝绸之路经济带"的潜在挑战。最后,对青海省如何利用科技创新融入"丝绸之路经济带"建设的未来走势进行了相应的探讨,旨在为青海省利用科技创新融入"丝绸之路经济带"建设提供政策建议和实践参考。
＂The Silk Road Economic Belt＂ is an important strategy for increasing openness and the benefit of the people in western China, especially in Qinghai Province, and science and technology innovation is a key factor in promoting the construction of regional innovation system, such as gathering the regional science and technology resources, improving science and technology innovation ability and enhancing the core competitiveness of the region. This paper first summarizes the background environment from mineral resources, transportation, trade,and culture in Qinghai Province by means of science and technology innovation in ＂The Silk Road Economic Belt＂, then followed by the analysis of potential challenges in the process of integrating scientific and technological innovation into the Silk Road Economic Zone of Qing Hai Province. Finally the future trends of how Qinghai Province may obtain a rapid development in this process are fully canvassed so as to provide corresponding policies, suggestions and references.
