摘要
目的探讨心理健康教育对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法选择102例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组各52例。对照组的患者给予常规护理,观察组的患者给予心理健康教育,干预后观察两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,生活质量评分及疾病疗效的变化。结果两组护理干预前的HAMD评分及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后对照组的HAMD评分及生活质量评分分别为(15.02±3.42)分和(31.54±4.40)分,观察组的HAMD评分及生活质量评分分别为(10.13±2.91)分和(42.27±3.83)分,两组护理干预后的HAMD评分及生活质量评分相比较,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组疾病有效氯为96.2%,对照组疾病有效率为80.8%,两组护理干预后患者的疾病有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育可提高抑郁症患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of mental health education on the quality of life of patients with depression.Methods 102 cases of patients with depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the mental health education,and the HAMD scores,quality of life scores and changes of disease curative effect of the two groups were observed after intervention.Results There was no obvious difference in the HAMD score and quality of life score before nursing intervention between the two groups(P〉0.05),after nursing intervention,the HAMD score and quality of life score in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,[(10.13±2.91)marks,(42.27±3.83)marks vs(15.02±3.42)marks,(31.54±4.40)marks](P〈0.05),after nursing intervention,the disease effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(96.2% vs 80.8%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The mental health education can improve the quality of life of patients with depression.
