近年来,我国许多城市发生过严重的内涝。内涝已经成为城市发展过程中的顽疾,造成内涝的原因有很多,各地政府也引起了重视,通过综合管廊建设、总体规划设计和合理的管理养护,并且引入先进的治理理念,收到了较好的效果。
