摘要
生长素是一种重要的植物激素,它影响植物的生长发育。生长素应答因子(ARFs)是一类受生长素调节的转录因子家族,在生长素信号的传导途径中起着重要的作用,但在番茄中的具体作用机制还不清楚。研究以番茄ARF8基因为对象,运用生物信息学方法对ARF8进行分析,为进一步研究其作用机制奠定基础。生物信息学分析结果表明,该蛋白质分子量为94276.7Da,等电点p I为5.96,呈弱酸性,为亲水性蛋白。ARF8所编码的蛋白质不存在信号肽,说明其属于非分泌型蛋白质,定位在细胞核中,Auxin-resp结构域是生长素响应的转录因子的保守区域,ARF8在两个保守结构域之间富含谷氨酰胺,所以起激活转录的作用。
Auxin is an important plant hormone,which affects plant growth and development. Auxin response factor(ARF) is a family of transcription factors that regulates auxin function in auxin signaling pathway. But its functional mechanism is unclear in tomato. In this study,we used bioinformatics to analyze ARF8 gene of tomato. Bioinformatics results showed that the protein molecular weight was 94276. 7Da,isoelectric point p I of5. 96,slightly acidic,and it might be hydrophilic proteins. The encoded protein ARF8 was absence of a signal peptide,indicating that it was a non-secreted protein. ARF8 located in the nucleus. And through structural domain analysis,auxin-resp domain was a conserved region of auxin response transcription factor. ARF8 was glutamine-rich between the two conserved domains,so ARF8 might activate transcription role.
