摘要
利用人工气候培养箱对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊各虫态发育历期进行研究。结果表明,随着温度的增加,各虫态的发育历期均呈下降趋势,卵、幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度分别为8.916 2℃、5.226 1℃和4.003 6℃,有效积温分别为48.916 3日·度、127.146 3日·度和50.457 1日·度,并且建立了发育历期与温度之间的直线回归模型,为害虫的预测预报和综合治理提供了理论依据。
Developmental duration of Bradysia odoriphaga(Yang et Zhang) was studied under different temperature treatments by climate-control growth chamber. The results showed that increased temperature shortened developmental duration and the threshold temperature of egg,larva,pupa were 8. 916 2、5. 226 1 and4. 003 6 ℃ respectively,the effective accumulate temperature were 48. 916 3、127. 146 3 and 50. 457 1 daydegrees. In addition,the expectancy model for development and temperature was established,and the studies can provide the scientific bases for population forecasting and integrated management of Bradysia odoriphaga.
