摘要
以某2 060 t/h W火焰锅炉为研究对象,在分析研究对象现状的基础上,总结改变燃料特性以后锅炉燃烧工况发生的变化,分析多煤种混合燃烧对锅炉运行性能的影响机理,采用热重分析技术及数值模拟技术实验验证利用煤种特性差异形成燃料分级燃烧的新途径,提出适当改变燃料特性采用多煤种混合燃烧方式是解决W火焰无烟煤锅炉安全高效清洁运行的一种有效方法。
In this paper, a 2 060 t/h W- flame boiler is chosen as the researching object. Based on the current research status, the changes of combustion conditions when fuel properties were altered are summarized. The influences of co- combustion with mixed types of coal on the boiler's operating performance are analyzed. Thermogravimetric analysis technique and numerical simulation technique are used to verify that characteristic differences between different kinds of coals can be used to form staged combustion. It is proposed that using mixed coal as fuel is an effective way to ensure W- flame boiler to operate safely, effectively and cleanly.
